We can sometimes accommodate an earlier check-in or late check-out with prior notice. Please ask when booking.

AVAILABILITY

The Inn is open from February through November. We are open on weekends, and limited weekdays for special occasions and events. Please check reservation system for availability.

The Inn is open from February to December, mostly weekends with some weekdays on occasion.  Please check reservation system for availability.
 
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
 
A credit card is required at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be processed at this time and is used only to hold your reservation. Payment will be charged in full at time of check-in.
 
We have a two-night minimum stay.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
A 7-day notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. Your deposit will be forfeited if notice is less than 7 days, and we are unable to re-rent the room. The first day of the stay is counted as the arrival date, consecutive days cannot be counted as separate arrival dates. No refund will be given in the event of delayed arrival or early departure.

Cancellation policy for special event or group booking of more than two rooms is 14 days. The cancellation policy for weddings or full-facility rental including main house and guest rooms is 60 days.
 
PET POLICY
 
We do not allow guests to bring their pets.  Please be advised that we do have a resident dog on the premises.
 
CHILDREN POLICY
 
Yes, we allow children. An extra person charge of $50 will be added per child.
 
SMOKING POLICY
 
We are a smoke free establishment.  There is no smoking permitted in the rooms or on the property.
 
PARKING
 
There is free parking on the property.  Each guest room has a slot close to their assigned room.
 
BREAKFAST
 
We are currently providing a continental breakfast for the guest rooms.  You can then enjoy your breakfast at your convenience in your room, on the patio, or anywhere you like on the property.   We try to accommodate special dietary needs and requests.  Please alert us ahead of time so we are prepared.  We occasionally may cook breakfast if we have a special event or large group.  Inquire about that at booking.
 
Each guest room is equipped with a small kitchenette that is completely stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink and more.  The kitchenettes are stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, cooking spray, salt and pepper.  See the complete list here
 
LOCATION
 
Please remember we are located in the country and cohabitating with wild animals who share this beautiful place. Also, some of the roads to the Inn are single lane and unpaved, and the terrain may be uneven.  Prepare accordingly.
