The Inn at the Pinnacles is located at 32025 Stonewall Canyon Road, Soledad, CA 93960, tucked into the Gabilan Mountains of Monterey County. We sit at the heart of the Brosseau Vineyard Estate — just 5 minutes (approximately 1.5 miles) from the West Entrance of Pinnacles National Park. Soledad, the nearest town, is about 10 miles away via Hwy 146.

 

From the San Francisco Bay Area:  Take US-101 South to the first Soledad exit.  Turn East on Hwy 146.

From San Luis Obispo/Southern CA:  Take US-101 North to the first Soledad exit.  Turn east on Hwy 146

Anytime! Get cozy by the fireplace with your sweetheart during the winter, or enjoy the wildflowers and green rolling hills in the Spring. Relax and cool off in our saltwater pool during the summertime and enjoy the beauty of the vineyards during harvest in the fall. Starting in 2026 we are now open weekdays in addition to weekends. There’s never a wrong time to visit us!

No. The closest EV charging stations are in Soledad. There is also an EV charger at the Pinnacles Visitor Center (East Entrance, however we sit on the West side of the park. We recommend charging fully before heading up Hwy 146.

Wine tasting: We’re in the heart of wine country in Monterey County.  Many acclaimed wineries are within 20–60 minutes from us.  Paso Robles wine country is about 1.5 hours away.   Visit montereywines.org and pasowine.com for a comprehensive guide to both regions.

 

Take a day trip to Monterey and Carmel: Two of California’s most iconic coastal cities are just about an hour away.  Visit Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and the 17-mile drive, then escape the crowds back to our quiet little slice of heaven.

Stargazing: The Inn sits in a rare “dark sky” setting far from city lights — the Milky Way is visible on clear nights with stunning clarity, definitely not what you see back home.

Birdwatching: The Gabilan Mountains and the park’s 149 recorded bird species make this exceptional for birders.  Odds are good you will spot a condor or two.

Photography: Dramatic rock formations, golden vineyards, wildflowers, and spectacular sunsets over the Santa Lucia Mountains offer endless photo opportunities.

Mission Nuestra Señora de la Soledad: The 13th of California’s 21 missions, founded in 1791, located just off Hwy 101 in Soledad.  Perfect for the history buffs out there.

No, we do not have a restaurant on site, but we do provide continental breakfast in the mornings.  Grab picnic and dinner supplies in Soledad before you head up Hwy 146.  We do have some favorite restaurants in Soledad to recommend:
